Terms of Service
Effective October 28, 2026
These terms cover the BookedBy9 service ("BookedBy9", "we", "us") provided from Camas, Washington, to the business that signs up for it ("you"). By paying for BookedBy9 you agree to them.
What BookedBy9 does
BookedBy9 gives your business a phone line answered by an automated assistant, around the clock. The assistant greets callers with your business name, collects what they need, offers openings from the calendar you connect, books estimate appointments, confirms the booking to the caller on the call, and emails you the details of each call. Where texting is enabled on your line, the assistant may also send the caller a text confirmation when they agree to receive one. If you need one, we also set up a simple website and basic local search listings for your business.
The assistant is software. It does not give professional advice, it does not quote prices unless you tell us to, and it can make mistakes the way a new hire can. You are responsible for reviewing the job details we send you and for every commitment made to your customers.
Price and billing
BookedBy9 costs $99 per month. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Payment is collected by Stripe at checkout and then on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices do not include any sales tax that may apply; where tax applies it is added at checkout.
Usage within normal small business volume is included. If your line receives more than 400 calls in a month we will contact you to agree a fair plan before anything changes.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the manage link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you will not be charged again. We do not refund partial months.
Your phone number and your data
The BookedBy9 line we provision for you is ours while you are a customer. If you forward your existing business number to it, that number stays yours. Call recordings, transcripts, and the details we collect from your callers belong to you; we keep them for 90 days so you can review them, then delete them, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
What you agree to
- To use BookedBy9 for a real business you operate, and to give us accurate business details.
- Not to use the line for telemarketing, debt collection, emergency dispatch, or anything unlawful.
- That callers to your line will hear that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is recorded, and that you will not ask us to remove that notice.
- That BookedBy9 is not a substitute for emergency services and your customers will be told to call 911 in an emergency.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep the line answering, but phone networks, calendars, and the internet fail sometimes. BookedBy9 is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects the price or materially reduces the service we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
